Used Tom Millar for my listing after a little bit of research. He was beyond helpful and patient while waiting for me to wrap up the last stages of renovation. A last minute problem with a water leak (on the day of final inspection) caused me to go into a full on panic, but Tom was great about reassuring me that the deal would still go through.
